WinSun Decoration Engineering Co. is a Chinese construction company founded in 2002 in Shangai To minimize the impact of this activity on the environment; WinSun imagines a concept both innovative and eco-friendly. After 12 years of research, the company develops in 2014 an efficient 3D printer for the construction of houses from waste recovery.
The company develops a giant 3D printer that can print 10 houses in 24 hours, a totally innovative concept!
The 3D printer has dimensions that can be characterized as Titanic as it measures 32 meters long and 10 meters wide and 6.6 meters high. Print materials which are processed in the machine to become the construction materials are no other than industrial surplus and waste from construction sites and abandoned factories. The printer is built in a factory in the East of the country, 12 years of research were necessary. This technology allows to develop very quickly inexpensive housing for the growing Chinese population.
